Government Non-Affiliation & Educational Disclaimer

1. Independent Free Utility Declaration

Photocopy Wale (photocopywale.com) is an independent passport-photo preparation platform developed by Shrikant Yadav (https://shrikantyadav.com/).

Photocopy Wale is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any government department, ministry, or statutory body, including but not limited to:

• Passport-issuing authorities and their appointment centres
• Embassies, consulates, visa centres, and immigration authorities
• Government ministries or departments that publish passport-photo requirements
• International standards bodies or identity-document programmes

2. Informational & Mathematical Specifications

Mathematical references on this platform, such as unit conversions, aspect ratios, and pixel calculations, are computed from the stated measurements. For example, 35 × 45 mm at 300 pixels per inch is approximately 413 × 531 pixels after rounding. Authority-specific requirements are treated separately and should be checked against the current instructions from the authority receiving the photograph.

These specifications are provided solely for general educational, formatting, and personal reference purposes. While we make every effort to maintain accurate data, government authorities may update photo guidelines at their discretion.

3. Verification & User Responsibility

Before submitting a passport photograph, verify the exact dimensions, file-size limit, format, background, capture method, recency, and any other photo instructions shown by the authority receiving the application. PhotocopyWale helps prepare the image to settings you choose; it does not make an acceptance decision.
