1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided on Photocopy Wale (accessible at photocopywale.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Nature of Service & In-Browser Execution

PhotocopyWale provides browser-based passport-photo tools designed to help users crop, resize, adjust, compress, caption when requested, and prepare printable passport-style photo sheets. Users are responsible for choosing the dimensions and other settings required by the authority or application receiving the photograph.

All computations and canvas manipulations occur exclusively within your web browser on your local device. Photocopy Wale does not host, store, or transmit your private images across the internet.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Photocopy Wale solely for lawful and ethical purposes. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Generate forged, fraudulent, or altered identification photographs intending to deceive government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or examination boards.
• Process photographs of individuals without their explicit informed consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or inject malicious scripts into our client-side codebase.

4. User Responsibility for Regulatory Compliance

PhotocopyWale provides mathematical conversions, editing guides, presets, and export controls for preparing passport-style photos. A preset is not an approval or certification. The receiving passport authority, embassy, consulate, visa centre, or other application service determines whether a photograph is acceptable.

Users are responsible for checking the current requirements for the application they are completing, including capture method, dimensions, background, expression, clothing, recency, file format, and print or upload instructions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Photocopy Wale and its founder, Shrikant Yadav, provide this tool on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Photocopy Wale be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including application rejections or printer hardware issues.
